If possible, we’ll evaluate the site to understand its unique opportunities and challenges. We'll explain our process and introduce the team members who will be involved. This is also your chance to ask questions, address concerns, and gain clarity on every aspect of the process. By the end of the meeting, you’ll have a clear understanding of the next steps and how we’ll work together to bring your vision to life.

Preconstruction Agreement

After the Initial Consultation, we will create a tailored preconstruction agreement, including pricing, to guide you through the estimating phase of your project. If needed, we can assist with site selection, provide architectural and interior design services, and deliver a comprehensive hard bid to complete your project efficiently and effectively.

Preconstruction Services

After executing the Preconstruction Agreement, you can expect to receive fully developed architectural drawings and completed interior design based on your budget, setting the stage for the next steps in your project.

Bidding Phase

Once the plans have been developed and finishes have been selected, you can expect to see the final construction bid developed within your budget. 

Construction Begins

After completing a signed construction contract, you can expect construction to begin.
