When we talk numbers, we’ll ensure the design is fit for your price and we’ll help interview and negotiate with bidders to ensure you have the most qualified team for your needs.
As contractors, we’ll manage the construction process of your project to ensure the final design is considered in the rough framing and we’ll do a final walk-through and punch list with owners. After completion, we’ll do a 90-day walk-through and provide a 1-year warranty to ensure we deliver what you’re looking for.

Nestled on 10 scenic acres, this project redefined luxury country living by seamlessly integrating elegant residential design with the beauty of the natural landscape. The vision was to create a sophisticated estate that not only offered premium amenities but also embraced its unique setting—a tranquil creek winding through the heart of the property.
Every element of this custom home was thoughtfully planned to highlight both comfort and connection to nature. Expansive windows framed picturesque views, while open-concept living spaces and high-end finishes provided a sense of refined relaxation. The centerpiece of the estate is a handcrafted bridge, designed to span the creek gracefully, offering both functionality and a striking architectural focal point.
Sustainability was at the forefront of this project. Our team collaborated closely with EAGLE to ensure that all construction—especially the bridge and water management systems—protected the surrounding ecosystem and maintained the creek’s natural flow. Landscaped gardens and wooded trails invite residents to explore and enjoy the outdoors, while advanced environmental practices safeguard the property’s long-term health.
This project was the realization of the client’s dream: a home that blended modern luxury with environmental stewardship.
